Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
I want you to be happy with your order. The following policy explains when returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are available.
Returns for standard products
For standard, non-custom products, including standard-color Printed-to-Order items, you may request a change-of-mind return within 7 calendar days of delivery. The return window begins when the order is delivered, not when it is purchased or shipped.
For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. You are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns. Contact me at [email protected] within the return window and obtain return approval before sending the item back.
Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after I receive and inspect the return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Custom and personalized products
Custom-color and personalized orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged, materially defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, is materially defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact me promptly at [email protected], preferably within 7 days of delivery. Include your order details and clear photos showing the issue. This applies to standard, custom, and personalized products.
Depending on the circumstances, I may provide a replacement component, a reprint, a replacement item, or a refund. Please keep the item and its packaging until the issue is resolved. Nothing in this policy limits any rights that apply under applicable consumer law.
Canceling an order
You may cancel an order for a full refund before production starts. Production often begins the same day, so there is no guaranteed two-hour or other cancellation window.
After production begins, I review cancellation requests individually and cannot guarantee approval. Custom orders generally cannot be canceled once production starts. Contact [email protected] as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
What is normal for a 3D print
Visible layer lines, seams, minor support marks, minor surface variation, and reasonable color variation are normal FDM 3D-print characteristics. They are not defects by themselves.
Printed-to-Order preparation
Printed-to-Order products are typically ready within 3–5 business days, and many orders are ready sooner. For shipped orders, shipping transit time is additional. Local pickup and local delivery arrangements are communicated separately.
