Information used for orders and accounts

When you place an order or create an account, you may provide your name, email address, shipping and billing information, and an optional phone number. WooCommerce records order contents, totals, payment and fulfillment status, and account information needed to process your order and provide customer service. If you contact us, we use the information in your message to respond.

Payments

The currently configured Square payment options process card and Cash App Pay payments. Payment information is handled by that payment provider. WordPress and WooCommerce receive transaction details needed to record and manage the order; GatorLayerLines does not store full payment card numbers in WordPress.

Site operation and cookies

WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies and session information to support the cart, checkout, account login, and other site functions. The site and its hosting systems may also process technical information such as IP address and browser information to operate and protect the store.

Sharing needed to fulfill an order

Information needed for an order may be shared with the configured payment provider and with shipping or delivery providers as needed to process payment and get your order to you. We use order and contact information to communicate with you about your order and respond to questions.

We keep order and account records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the store, assist customers, and meet applicable recordkeeping needs. Retention may differ by record type. We use reasonable measures to protect information, although no online service can promise perfect security.
