How Gator Layer Lines orders work
Gator Layer Lines is a small, one-person 3D printing operation. Some products are already printed and ready to go, while others are made specifically for your order.
You’ll see the fulfillment status on the product page before ordering.
In Stock — Ready to Ship
These products are already printed and available.
Once your order is packed and a shipping label is created, you’ll receive tracking information when available.
Printed to Order
These products are made specifically for your order.
Printed-to-Order products are typically ready within 3–5 business days, and many orders are ready sooner. Large, detailed, or complex prints can take longer.
I would rather take the time necessary to produce something I’m happy sending you than rush a print simply to get it out the door.
Shipping
Shipping options and costs are calculated during checkout based on your order and destination. Preparation time is separate from shipping transit time.
Once your order has been packed and the shipping label has been purchased, you’ll receive tracking information when available.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in the Channahon/Minooka area.
Pickup details are provided after your order is complete and ready for you. A private pickup location is not publicly displayed on the website.
Please wait until you’ve received confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available within 5 driving miles, subject to address confirmation. Choose local delivery at checkout and I will confirm eligibility before production starts and arrange a delivery time after your order. You do not need to contact me before ordering to request local delivery.
Selecting local delivery is a request, not confirmation that your address qualifies. If your address is outside the delivery area, I will contact you to arrange pickup, paid shipping where available, or cancellation with a full refund. Products marked Local Pickup Only are not eligible for shipping or local delivery. Products marked Local Pickup / Delivery Only are not eligible for parcel shipping; local delivery requires address confirmation.
Orders containing both In-Stock and Printed-to-Order products
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and printed-to-order products, the order will generally be shipped or made available for pickup once all items are ready.
This helps keep your order together and avoids unnecessary additional shipments.
About 3D Printed Products
Gator Layer Lines products are made using FDM 3D printing. Small layer lines, seams, support marks, and minor surface variations are normal characteristics of the printing process.
Colors can also vary slightly between filament batches and from what you see on your screen due to lighting, photography, cameras, monitors, and phone displays.
